Our Video Consultation costs £120, and our Digital Diagnosis is £75 per consultation.
After you submit your Digital Diagnosis consultation questionnaire, one of our specialists will review the information and photos you provided. They will then create a medical report, which you will receive as a PDF via email. You can take this report to your GP for any recommended prescription medications. Alternatively, we can provide a private prescription at no extra charge, but the chemist will inform you of the medication costs.
A mixture of close up pictures and a few further away is usually best. Smartphones can take some amazing pictures these days and it's pretty straightforward. Make sure you get clear pictures by pressing the focus button before you take the picture. Good lighting is crucial to taking a good picture too. We find it's best to take it in daylight, near a window or even outside if you feel comfortable doing this. Obviously that would not be suitable to do in all cases! It can also be easier to ask someone else to take the pictures for you if you feel comfortable with this.
Yes, we can provide a private prescription electronically. You can choose to have it delivered to you or take it to any chemist. Please note, the cost of purchasing the medications is not covered by us.
